Located off the main Myrtue campus, our community health department provides holistic health options to individuals and families within the community throughout all phases of life. Holistic health includes a person’s physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing. Our goal is to provide a high quality of care for patients within our clinic or within their homes, depending on the needs of each patient. We also strive to determine the needs in our community as a whole and promote programs and services to meet those needs.
