Myrtue Medical Center offers recurring SMS (Short Message Service) text alerts for patients who opt in. By subscribing, you will receive updates regarding MyChart activation, care instructions, billing, and insurance. Additionally, through our Artera platform, we will send you appointment confirmations and urgent alerts about weather-related clinic closures.

I grant permission and consent to Myrtue Medical Center and its agents, assignees, and contractors (which may include third-party debt collectors for past due obligations) to send text notifications and messages.

Message Frequency

Following opting in to receive notifications, the frequency of text messages you receive will vary based on the text messaging services, number of text messages services in which you are enrolled, and frequency of services received from Myrtue Medical Center.

User Opt-Out

To opt out of future messages at any time, reply STOP to any message received or log in to MyChart and manage your communication preferences. If you need assistance, text HELP.

No Warranties

Delivery of information and content to your mobile devices may fail due to a variety of circumstances and conditions. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider which is beyond the control of Myrtue Medical Center. Accordingly, Myrtue Medical Center nor the carriers are liable for any delay or failures in the receipt of any text messages.
