Helping kids become more calm, curious, + connected
Research shows body-based strategies are essential for managing anger and
anxiety, behavior challenges, and stressful experiences. Movement Therapy
for Kids uses a variety of evidenced-based techniques to teach kids how
to feel safe, calm, and balanced. Kids learn movement and breathing practices
that help release stuck stress patterns and build a healthy body and mind.
Each family will have a pre-session for assessment and orientation, as
well as a re-assessment and follow-up session after the series ends.
