About Hope

Hope joined the staff at Behavioral Health in 2024 as part of our community based team. Hope is a Minnesota native and graduated in 2002 from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. Hope earned her Master’s Degree in Genetic Counseling from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, NY, in 2006. Following graduation, she worked 18 years in the field of Genetic Counseling.

Currently, Hope works in community based programs, which includes Community Support Services (CSS), Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS), and Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation (IPR). These services focus on working with adults, adolescents, and children in the community who are learning resources and gaining independence and happiness in their lives.
