Myrtue Medical Center Welcomes Nicole Topliff, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to the Earling Clinic

Myrtue Medical Center welcomes Nicole Topliff, FNP-C, ARNP, PMHNP-C, to the Earling Clinic effective July 1, 2024. She will work full-time in Earling and continue to see patients on the weekends at the Quick Care Clinic in Harlan.

Topliff has over 12 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. Topliff's healthcare journey began in 1988 as a USAF medic during Operation Desert Storm, and it has expanded to over three decades with more than 25 years of total nursing experience. Her professional advanced nursing career experience includes family practice/ primary care, emergency medicine, inpatient hospital care, and diagnosis/management of mental health disorders.

My diverse background in both family practice and mental health will enable me to address a wide range of healthcare needs. I am committed to offering accessible, high-quality care and enhancing the well-being of the community," said Topliff.

Jenifer Bruck, ARNP, who is currently working full-time at the Earling clinic is reducing her hours and will focus on specific patient care areas after her transition date while continuing to support the ongoing healthcare services and needs of the communities. She will continue full-time at the Earling clinic up to July 1, 2024.

“I have greatly appreciated the support and kindness shown to me during my time at the Earling clinic. This community and the surrounding communities have been wonderful to work with,” said Bruck. “I anticipate Nicole and Myrtue Medical Center will continue to provide the excellent patient care they have always provided.”

Dr. David Erlbacher, MD, remains the supervising physician in Earling, and he will continue to see patients at the Earling Clinic every other Tuesday of the month.

Patients are encouraged to schedule their appointments with Nicole starting July 1, 2024, by calling 712.747.5700 to experience the dedicated and compassionate care the Earling Clinic is known for. We are open four days a week with the operating hours as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Wednesday from 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM and closed on Friday.
