August COVID-19 Vaccine Availability at Public Health

Myrtue's Public Health will continue to provide COVID-19 vaccine through August 2021 at our Community Health, 2712 12th St, Harlan. All individuals 12 years of age and older are eligible to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Moderna vaccine will also be available for those 18 years of age and older. (J&J) Janssen vaccine availability will be dependent on supply from the Iowa Department of Public Health.

A parent/guardian must be present to sign a vaccination consent for their child.
