The Dietary Services Department’s mission is to offer appealing nutritionally sound meals and snacks to patients, employees and visitors via the patient food service program and the Medical Center’s Cafeteria located on first floor. We strive to provide friendly and helpful services while maintaining the highest quality food standards in a convenient welcoming atmosphere at a reasonable price.
The daily menus is located in the Cafeteria with visitor pricing information. An employee discount is applied at the time of purchase. Payment may be made through the employee payroll deduction system, in cash or a check for the amount of purchase.

Cafeteria Hours of Meal Service:
Breakfast: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Lunch: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Dinner: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Daily we offer a continental breakfast and occasionally have hot menu items. Dinner and supper meals consist of a variety of hot entree selections, vegetables, sandwiches and soup when seasonally appropriate. At noon we also offer a robust salad bar for diners to build their own salads. We offer assorted grab and go items, cold sandwiches, beverages and snack items between meal serving hours throughout the day. Juice and soft drink vending machines are available just outside the cafeteria entrance on first floor.
Cold food and candy/chip vending are located in the cafeteria and available at all times of the day or night, with microwave ovens. Candy/chip and pop vendors are also located on second floor by the Medical;/Surgical nursing station.
