On-call position. Works one to two shifts weekly 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm and every third weekend with hours varying between 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. Occasional holidays as scheduled. Performs a variety of food service tasks to ensure deliverance of meals/food for patients, cafeteria, and special meetings throughout the health system. Washes dishes, operates the dish machine. Sets up cafeteria for breaks and meals; serves customers; runs cash register; stocks supplies; cleans; general duties as assigned. One year of food service experience is desirable, but not required. Must have a general knowledge of cooking and using kitchen machines and equipment.
