Our Team's Commitment to You

You will receive care from our fully licensed/certified staff that have been screened and evaluated for professional competence and character. We will treat you with courtesy and respect and all information will be kept confidential. You will be told the name and classification of all personnel caring for you, as well as participating in planning your care, you will receive information about your diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and medications prescribed in consultation with your physician. While receiving our care, you will have the right to make decisions and to refuse or accept treatment and you will be told in advance the charges for services and the amount you will be responsible for. This is our commitment to you.
