      Is just what is says! This is a class that will challenge your bottom, legs and core. So you get a “rock bottom”! Janell has designed this class for anyone that wants to cross train and defy natural gravity! You have plenty of untapped potential. Janell Cheek teaches this class with much experience. After all, she has trained the Military.

    3. Indoor Cycling
      6:15 am – 7:00 am

      With so many cardio routines to choose from it may be hard to decide which to try-once you understand the benefits of Indoor Cycling, you will definitely want to get started on a class. Only 14 bikes, first come, first serve.

      • Strengthens your heart and lungs
      • Decreases risk for heart disease, osteoporosis and some forms of cancer
      • Provides excellent toning of major muscle groups including gluts, hamstrings and quads
      • No impact on joints as with many other sports and activities
      • No special techniques or complicated moves to learn- Indoor cycling is easy. You will be trained on how to fit to a bike and offered many positions for your workout
      • The rider is in control of his intensity of the workout
      • Great releaser and mood enhancer
      • Promotes better sleep
      • Any age can benefit regardless of age, prior experience or fitness level

      This class is taught by Mike Wohlhutter. All the Instructors are accredited Indoor Cycling Instructors.

      This class is designed by Jamie Huinker who is a certified kick box teacher as well an accredited Dance Instructor for Harlan Dance and Tumbling. This class is designed of course for aerobic conditioning but also for many it’s a workout of choice due to the intense interval training and powerful punches and kick combos. Great for toning and strengthening the entire body.

    5. Generation Fit
      9:30 am – 10:15 am

      This is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events. Taught by Jackie Alberti-Certified SilverSneakers Instructor.

      This class is taught by Eric Chipman.  Eric works for the Myrtue Medical Center-Physical Therapy Department and is a Physical Therapist. All the Instructors are accredited Indoor Cycling Instructors.

    7. Sculpt & Sweat
      4:15 pm – 5:00 pm

      This class is designed for all fitness levels. Alternating upper and lower body strength conditioning keeps your heart rate up to increase fat burning. You choose your own level and build from there. You will be using all kinds of fitness equipment that we have in house. This fun and vigorous class is taught by Janell Check. Janell has a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. She is a Personal trainer as well.

    8. Pilates on Ball
      5:15 pm – 6:15 pm

      Brandi Pieken has been teaching this class for several years and has a great following. She has great music and is dead on when it comes to strengthening the core, back, arms and legs. I guess that would be “everything”. You can get started any time and start at your own pace. She’ll be using exercise balls, bands, and weights. You should bring your own mat for this class. We have balls for you to use.

      An energizing work at your own pace, way to start your day! This is a well-rounded workout where you will be doing basic step aerobic moves, choreographed to fun music for your aerobic conditioning. Muscle toning and endurance comes next, also to music, targeting the whole body. You finish up with a nice stretch ready to face what the day unfolds! This class is taught by Tammy Haake a Certified AFFA Group Exercise Instructor and has been an Instructor for more than 15 years.
