Department of Community Health
On-call position. Works various days Monday through Friday (number of hours vary). Also fills in for staff on PTO. Provides clerical support and light housekeeping in the Community Health Department. Excellent telephone and customer service skills required. Computer skills preferred. Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance required.
Petersen Family Wellness Center
On-call position. Works one to two evenings per week 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Provides supervision, guidance, and assistance to children. Helps keep children safe, clean, and comfortable.
Information Systems Department
Full-time position (40 hours per week). Works Monday through Friday with on-call hours on rotating weeks. Provides PC support, printer support, and cable pulls. Builds new units for staff. Assists with basic Information Systems issues. High school diploma or GED with minimum of one year experience in desktop support. Training/experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Basic network configurations. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and must be able to crawl under work surfaces for cable and jack related work. Knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, plus Active Directory.
Department of Community Health – Home Health
Part-time position (16 hours per week). Works Tuesday and Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Rotates call during the week and on weekends/holidays. Utilizes the nursing process to provide and direct patient care. Provides teaching and leadership, maintains standards for professional nursing practice. Knowledge of Home Health preferred. Strong human relation skills required. Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Iowa and CPR certified. Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance required.
Department of Community Health – Hospice
Part-time position (24 hours per week). Works Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Rotates call one week out of every four weeks; holiday call rotation. Utilizes the nursing process to provide and direct patient care. Provides teaching and leadership, maintains standards for professional nursing practice. Knowledge or experience in Hospice preferred. Strong human relation skills required. Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Iowa and CPR certified. Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance required.
Rural Health Clinics
Full-time position. Works four days per week (36 hours). Works Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Delivers patient care under medical practitioner’s direction. Assists in patient teaching. Performs and documents various laboratory procedures. Inventories and stocks supplies. Triages telephone calls. Provides follow-up telephone direction to patients. Must be a graduate of accredited school of nursing LPN program and possess current license/certification. CPR required or must obtain CPR certification during first three months of employment.
Diagnostic Imaging Department
Full-time position (40 hours per week). Works Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Professional, reliable Registered Sonographer needed. Must possess excellent customer service skills and support a culture of teamwork. Must be ARDMS certified. Certified and experienced in vascular studies. Registered in general ultrasound preferred.
Environmental Services Department
Full-time position (40 hours/five days per week). Works 4:00 pm to 12:30 am various days Sunday through Saturday. Rotates every third weekend. Energetic, pleasant individual needed to work five days per week as a housekeeper in our facility. Attention to detail and strong work ethic a must. Willing to be flexible and accept change. Able to work alone and able to commit to quality teamwork.

On-call position. Works various hours including nights and weekends. Provides supervision, guidance, and assistance to members. Clerical work, point of sale, membership sign-ups, and customer service.
Part-time position (24 hours per week). Works 5-8 hour shifts including weekends. Performs a variety of patient care activities and related health care functions under the direct supervision of an RN or LPN. Requires completion of an approved 75-hour Nursing Assistant course and/or successful completion of Nursing Assistant Certification written skills tests.
