On-call position. Hours vary from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Assists professional and practical nursing staff as assigned by performance of routine clerical duties for the delivery of patient care. Answers desk phone and Lifeline, transcribes doctor’s orders, sets up appointments, and answers call lights.
Part-time position (16 hours per week). Works various days Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (hours could vary). The case manager is accountable for the care, coordination, and discharge planning for patients through the process of comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and overall evaluation of individual needs. The overall goal of the position is to enhance the quality of patient management and satisfaction, to promote continuity of care, and cost effectiveness through the integrating and functions of case management, utilization review, and management and discharge planning. Must be a registered nurse licensed in the State of Iowa. Five years experience in a nursing unit dealing directly with patients. Previous utilization review and case management experience preferred. Computer knowledge required.

Summer hours: Weekdays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm OR 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday hours: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm OR 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Sunday hours: 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of Aquatic Complex patrons. Enforces rules, responds to and prevents injuries. Looking for mature people to work various shifts. May already possess Red Cross Lifeguard certificate or be able to pass shallow water Life Guard class that PFWC will provide.
Part-time position (24 hours per week after orientation complete). Works 7:00 am to 3:30 pm various days. Works in Preop, Intraop, PACU, and Endoscopy as well as take surgery call. Utilizes the nursing process to provide and direct quality patient care and patient/family teaching. Would work full-time until orientation/training is complete. ACLS required. On-call hours required. Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Iowa.
On-call position. Days/shifts will vary according to department staffing needs. Professional, reliable Radiology Technologist needed. Must possess excellent customer service skills and flexibility in shift coverage. Must be ARRT registered. Must have a current Iowa Permit to Practice. CT experience preferred, but not required.
Full-time position (40 hours per week) available. Works various days Sunday through Saturday 5:30 am to 2:00 pm with rotating weekends. Energetic, pleasant individual needed to work as a housekeeper in our facility. Attention to detail and strong work ethic a must. Willing to be flexible and accept change. Able to work alone and able to commit to quality teamwork.
Full-time position (40 hours per week). Works various days Sunday through Saturday (five days per week) 5:30 am to 2:00 pm or 5:00 am to 1:30 pm when delivery trucks scheduled. Possible rotating weekends. Energetic, pleasant individual who will perform standardized tasks in hospital laundry. Tasks may include separating laundry, washing and drying some laundry, folding and stacking finished articles. Delivery of clean laundry to stations and recording inventory. Also be able to spend half days as a housekeeper in our facility. Attention to detail and strong work ethic. Willing to be flexible and accept changes.
Full-time position (40 hours per week). Works Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Takes one week call every four weeks. Utilizes the nursing process to provide and direct patient care. Participates with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop plan of care for Hospice clients. Requires current Iowa Registered Nurse license, knowledge of Hospice, bereavement, and dying process preferred.
Two full-time positions (36 hours per week). Works 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. Works every third weekend. Utilizes the nursing process to provide and direct quality patient care. Directs and provides patient/family teaching. Provides leadership when working with team members in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice. Must licensed in the State of Iowa. BLS certifications required.
On-call position. Works various hours including nights and weekends. Provides supervision, guidance, and assistance to members. Performs clerical work, point of sale, membership sign ups, and customer service.
